#3053 - /people/me/online_account data table not loading

1. Sign in as cardholder
2. Go to https://bikelink.org/people/me/online_account or https://bikelink.org/people/:id/online_account

Page loads, but the table that shows account transaction history only shows the header and "Processing...".
