#3061 - Too many rental tokens are being created

Jan noticed that there was a spike in "app rentals" on Monday, May 30th 2022, that continued on Tuesday.

We found that many people had multiple ui_node_rentals with a start_at and no end_at, and that they did not have a mobile card.
