#2837 - Space availability is not accurate at U District Station

The two U District Station are not showing number of available spaces on the map. The locations endpoint does show the correct number of available spaces under num_available_spaces

The two locations have Access Hubs (no UI_nodes). However Davis Amtrak also has an access hub and is reporting the correct number of available spaces.
