#3054 - RENTAL_ERROR_RENTAL_DATA_STRUCTURE error when trying to start a rental

I'm getting either RENTAL_ERROR_RENTAL_DATA_STRUCTURE error or RENTAL_ERROR_INVALID_TOKEN_ENCRYPTION error when I try to start a rental on full-db or production on my test controller.

I tested at a live site and found the following:
The currently released version of the iOS app (0.8.1) started and ended a rental with the login Court1650@gmail.com. Starting a rental logged in as zac.diener@gmail.com or support@bikelink.org gave a RENTAL_ERROR_RENTAL_DATA_STRUCTURE error.

On Android I found no issues on production with the logins zac.diener@gmail.com or esilva034@gmail.com.

I asked Petr about this a he said server should limit number of access codes in rental token.
