#3060 - Role: Cardholder gets 403 error at /authentication/ids/new

  1. When users (role: cardholder) click the "begin" button next to the photo ID verification label, they get a 403: Forbidden error page at /authentication/ids/new

  2. The information on the page needs to be updated to match what the email to them says:

You may also do ID verification at Bike Rooms where you will be charged $5.</p>
