#3423 - User's having trouble with email verification

User reported problem with confirming email, see emails below.
We have another ticket #3396, where users also reported a problem with email confirmation.

I have clicked the verify email link multiple times, tried resending and it says the email is already in use.

Description:
Not able to verify phone until I verify email, email verification doesn’t do anything, just takes me back to the app. Can’t use product now, probably will not use in the future. Customer service also hung up on me.
