#3630 - Landing page slow to load as role administrator

bikelink.org (the landing page) is slow to load and/or give "504 Gateway Time-out
nginx/1.14.0 (Ubuntu)" when logged in as admin.

Other pages seem to load fine.

I did not notice any issue with landing page when logged in with role
* operator
* facility owner
* card holder
* not logged in

Seems that this issue first appeared on 3/19/24

UPDATE
The landing page loaded and the "Items needing fulfillment" section looks different:

  1. There are many people that need "access code" fulfillment from a long time ago.
  2. Clicking 'fulfill' for one these people goes to an "oops somethings not right page. EG: https://www.bikelink.org/transactions/85353/fulfill
  3. Of the people I looked at they have verification grandfathered: true
  4. Of the people I looked at they have bike room access via the 'BART Bike Stations' access zone.
