#3946 - Clipper cards not working with G7 Access Hubs

  1. Link clipper card to account
    https://www.bikelink.org/transit_card/select?card_type=clipper

  2. Hold clipper card to G7 Access Hub that supports clipper

Expected
AH connects to bikelink.org, checks that card exists and is allowed to rent that location and has enough value to start a rental at that location then downloads card record and starts rental.

Actual
AH connects to bikelink.org then displays "card not found screen".


However, if you block and then unblock the clipper card starting a rental does work. So it seems that there is something not updating when a clipper card (and all transit cards like TAP) is linked to an account.
