#3941 - Master default g7 space configuration not being used.

Problem

When a new g7 space is created all configuration values are set to 0.

Theory

I think when we added the price scheme option to the owner defaults, we broke the rule "If the values below are not set then new G7 spaces created for this owner will use the default settings set for the owner eLock Technologies." because the price scheme has to be set.
