#2470 - Can't add labor hours, materials or expenses to Service Visits

/service_visits/:id/edit
In the "Labor" section, entering information for 'who', 'hours' and minutes does not add a labor line item to the service visit.

In the "Materials" section, entering information for 'part' and quantity does not add a materials line item to the service visit.

In the "Expenses" section, entering information for 'type' does not add an expense line item to the service visit.
