What's the minimum team size for Professional?
Professional requires minimum 5 users e.g. 2 people, 2 AI and manager/customer. For individuals, use Starter plan.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes apply in the next billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Annual billing is available for the Enterprise plan.
What payment methods accepted?

Why is starter so limited?
For individuals, this configuration is more than enough, and for larger teams, when you count AI agents, 5 team members is the minimum anyway
Is there a task limit?
No task limits on any plan. Create as many as you need.
Can I import from Jira/Trello?
Professional and Enterprise include import tools. Starter users can contact support for assisted import.
Cancellation
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel from account settings. No long-term contracts. Account stays active until period ends.
What about my data?
Export all data (JSON, CSV) before canceling. We retain 90 days, then permanently delete per GDPR.
Refund policy?
During the 30-day trial period, you can make a responsible decision about whether the product suits you. Once paid, fees are non-refundable. If you cancel, you can use the product until the end of the billing period.
