#3863 - Rental history shows app rental ended, but rental is ongong on server

We have seen a few of these. Here is one example.

Technican found rental ongoing on locker.
User profile shows ongoing renatl: https://www.bikelink.org/people/80537
User history included "app rental ended" message https://www.bikelink.org/cards/108651/history

No user complaint, so I think this is how it has been working. Not particularly urgent, just want to fix.
